The CIX is an IP-based system intended mainly for new sales of configurations comprising mostly IP telephones. Legacy TDM support of digital telephones is a big advantage and selling point, but the CIX configures most efficiently with IP telephones, and requires IP telephones to reach its maximum 192-port capacity. |
