Customer Satisfaction Surveys-Regency performs customer satisfaction surveys on 30% of our service tickets and 100% of our install tickets. We perform these surveys because we care about our customers and we want to make sure we are delivering on the best when it comes to service and support. Since we actually care how we are doing we use a third party to verify our results. Ask us for a copy of their quarterly report or come to our office and we can show you how this satisfaction survey is tied into our operating software.

Service & Support-Regency Tele-Com Corp. will provide superior service and support for the business communication system seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Regency’s customer service staff and operations software is second to none in the business. We utilize a state of the art operating system that allows us to track all of our service and installation ticket. The software also tracks our technicians so that we can send the right person when there is an emergency. Our customer service representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and are trained to ensure prompt and efficient services. Any after-hours service calls can be left in n emergency mailbox which is immediately forwarded to the technician on call, assuring responsive service at any time. Emergency service is provided within two (2) hour from time of notification.

Installation-This installation will be completed by certified Regency Tele-Com technicians, without the loss of telephone service, assuring a smooth and easy transition to your new business communication system. Following installation, Regency provides a fifteen (15) day grace period for system(s) programming changes necessary to facilitate optimum performance of your new business communication system.

Warranty-All system come with a one-year parts and labor comprehensive warranty. Regency also offer extended warranty plans starting at two years to seven years. We will custom design a plan that works for you and your business.

System Component Inventory-All component parts for the proposed systems are available in inventory, assuring your firm of no delay in the scheduled installation or for scheduled service when a part becomes necessary in the future.

Training-A custom and comprehensive training program will be developed by Regency’s support staff based on the custom design of your business communication systems. Individual and/or group training for telephone and voice processing features will be provided at your facility for receptionists and general personnel, assuring an efficient and easy transition to your new business communications system. Free training is provided on a scheduled basis for as long as you are an active customer under warranty or maintenance contract with Regency!
